This project is geared towards supporting students' mental health. Students will get the opportunity during their lunch break to go to a relaxing environment where they can decorate their pot and add soil, rocks, and a succulent. Students will use their materials to help them unwind from their daily stressors. Plants have been shown to have a positive impact on a person's mental health. This experience will allow each participant the chance to focus on their overall well-being in a positive environment. Students will get the chance to socialize with other students, while they decorate their pot and add their succulent. The goal is to teach students various ways to cope with life stressors.
