The materials on this list will make a huge difference in student learning. It will allow students to explore new concepts in math, ELA, and social studies. By giving students engaging materials and a creative outlet for learning, they will have better focus and achieve higher academic success. The pop Its are very popular among my students. By incorporating these items, students will be engaged and build a connection with their teacher. Pop Its will be used to help students manipulate numbers to understand math problems. There are also several outdoor equipment items on the list. Our school currently does not have a playground. Therefore, at recess, students tend to stand around and do not get any energy out. With the equipment, students will be able to engage in self regulated play. This will allow students to get their energy out and have better focus throughout the day.
