This year our proud principal has challenged us as a staff to have our students learn by innovation. I have been inspired by the book, "What Schools Could Be," to capitalize on this opportunity. Learning this year will not look like the traditional text book learning. Students will have a designated space in our classroom to explore, discover, collaborate, problem-solve, and innovate. The materials needed to carry this out will be STEM bins, engineering materials, consumable arts and crafts materials, and possibly digital devices or robotics (depending on our funding). The sky's the limit!

About my class
