Dividing the room in sections will help define the areas for our medically fragile students and those that are higher functioning. My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less distracted by their peers when they are given a defined space of their own. We have one student who has a nurse an will need privacy during the school day to change and do daily exercise with the physical and occupational therapists. We anticipate this year will have its challenges, but if we can provide some type of normalcy for them, we will do our best to create that for each student in our care.

About my class
