The SUPERS use whiteboards in every subject area in the classroom. The dry erase boards and markers will allow each student to be an active participant in their learning. Imagine a classroom outfitted in Superhero decor and all the students sitting on the carpet, socially distanced of course, and listening intently to their teacher delivering the mini-lesson soaking up all the knowledge. Then students have the opportunity to show what they have just learned by getting out their whiteboards and dry erase marker that is tucked under their laps and begin to show their thinking. The students can think to show their teacher their whiteboard and partner with their classmates to see the different strategies they’ve used to complete the task. Your donation will help ensure that ALL learners can be involved and take pride in the work that he/she will produce.
