I have high adult stools in my class that I sometimes sit on throughout my day. I noticed that when students sit on them they are comfortable and feel ten feet tall. I want students to always feel that way. When students feel tall their mindset is in positive state and they are more open to learning the curriculum presented. Stacking stools will give students an option of seating. It can help to keep students focus when working at their desk, or for small group instruction at the table. The comfy floor seats can be used on the for partner reading, or learning centers. Everyone loves choices.
