All high school students with IEPs have Transition goals. These goals are written to help students prepare to transition from high school to college or careers. The supplies in this project will be used to help students complete their transition goals by learning to create a vision board that maps out their goals and how they will achieve them. While making their vision boards my students will think about what they really want for the future. Students sometimes focus so much on getting grades that they forget why they are doing this in the first place. A vision board is a visual representation of our dreams and goals and it motivates us to work toward them in a fun and creative way.
