Reading! Researching! Learning, Oh My! With as many challenges that last school year presented to my second graders, they persevered and grew, making the best of a hard situation. I was lucky enough to teach both online and in-person students, and after a year with this incredible group of students, I knew I needed more time with them. This is why, after a dozen years of teaching primary grades, I decided to stay with this amazing group of students and teach third grade! This school year will be full of firsts for my students and myself, and this project will help supply my classroom with book sets that are appropriate for my growing readers. My library is full of beautiful picture books, and I am eager to build my chapter series. Thank you for considering my project, and for helping to provide for my in-person third graders!
