I am a Kindergarten teacher at a Title One school in Texas. Many of my students come from economically disadvantaged homes. My students love to come to school and they really enjoy learning in fun and engaging ways! Even though some of my students enter school without the kindergarten readiness skills they need, they work hard and are proud of their accomplishments. We make a point as a class community to recognize individual student achievements and we never say "I can't." We always say, "I'll try my best!"
