My students love to read! More importantly, my students want to learn to read a whole book independently! I strive to create a culturally rich and diverse classroom library with plenty of options for fiction and non-fiction titles. I strive to provide my students with a variety of print-rich books that are most appropriate to their level. With these new books, my students will be able to choose a variety of options that interest them that will allow them to read independently at their own grade level. In addition, my Emerging Bilingual students want be better English learners! They want to learn how to better write sentences correctly and spell English words correctly! With the letter tiles and sentence writing sets, I can help my Emerging Bilingual students spell words, and apply nouns, sight words, and verbs in a complete sentence.
