The health office is designed to meet the needs of the school population it serves including special education students. Availability to print needed documents for parent/guardian to produce written medical information from medical providers, send parents/guardians medical referrals regarding their student, provide health educational written material and increase mass communication. Having a printer in the health office will help the health services team to print in a their office where private medical information can be kept confidential and stored in one area without other school staff having access to this information.
