These materials will make a huge difference for my students' learning. Some students are not capable of sitting in a regular seat because of their autism or ADHD, so giving them an opportunity to use flexible seating will benefit their chances of learning more and staying more focused in a preferred seat. Also, sensory toys are always a huge plus in a special education classroom. Sensory play supports language development, cognitive growth, fine and gross motor skills, problem solving skills, and social interaction. This donation would mean the world to them!
