We are starting a new leadership class at our school and would like to incorporate a book study into the curriculum. This project will provide a unique book for each student to read and identify the concepts they are learning about in real world writings. Several new of the books selected are geared towards teens and are written by athletes, coaches and actors, as well as successful business owners and psychologists. By providing these books, our students will get to individualize their learning and apply what they have learned in class. Being in a small school, our resources are limited to have this many books on hand in our library and most of these books are easily purchased through traditional textbook companies. This will also allow students to learn at home easily if we have to return to remote learning.
