I would like to implement Desk Pets in my classroom this year. Students earn pets and pet accessories for positive behavior. Examples of accessories include water bowls, food bowls, food items (erasers,) stickers, wall decor, and pet beds (foam mat pieces.) Students can also lose their pets due to negative behaviors. Pets would then be sent to pet daycare for the day and students would have to pay the daycare fee for their pet (rewards system.) This project teaches responsibility and that positive behavior has rewards. Thank you for being so willing to support my kindergarten classroom.
