A classroom rug will help to make my classroom environment comfortable, safe, and allow a space for my students to learn effectively. Students will read and listen on the rug. My students and I will be able to have daily conversations while being comfortable. A comfortable space within our classroom will help students feel more safe and ready to learn. Having space such as a reading rug will allow opportunities for positive relationships to be built within the classroom between the teacher and students and the students and their peers.
