First graders love to sit on the carpet to learn. However, because most of their kindergarten year was spent socially distanced or in remote learning, we are still learning the correct ways to sit on the carpet. A place for everyone, and everyone in their place. This will be the motto for learning on the carpet in our classroom. This carpet is made of long lasting, quality materials and is well designed with the circles appropriately spaced for first graders to sit and control their body within. Our current classroom rug does not allow for appropriate spacing and is also slowly falling apart at the seams. We would be so appreciative of your donation to help make a new space for everyone in our happy place classroom.
