My school is a STEM school. As a result, there is a great emphasis on technology. I use technology each and every day in the classroom. Although, in order to put technology into the hands of each individual student, a trip to the school's computer lab is needed. Students having individual tablets will help me to be able to better individualize their lessons based on their individual needs. Some students need enrichment opportunities while others need remediation. Tablets donated to our classroom would be used daily to engage students and help to foster a greater love of learning.
