Organization is key when learning about, and preparing for, the work force. Having heavy-duty, tabbed binders will give our students a place to put essential job-interview documents such as resumes, references, and resource sheets. The binders will make my students feel like the professionals they are striving to become. Most of my students struggle with communication and personal interactions. I have requested the books on those topics to help my students better understand and deal with their social anxieties. We do not have anything like these books, so we will put them to very good use right away.
