My middle school students are taught a variety of strength and conditioning workouts and lifts. I try to offer an advanced version of weight lifting so that my students have a multitude of strength and conditioning avenues to fall in love with in their future. I want to offer my students the best variety of exercise equipment possible! Many of my students play school sports and I want them to understand and grasp the concept of hard work bringing about success in and out of their sport! They deserve it!
