By providing my students with multiple seating options and a comfortable environment to be in, they will be more productive and engaged in their learning. These students come from different home environments and situations, and they need a safe and comfortable environment while at school. From having distant learning and going back to a normal school year, they need to love learning again. Students love to spread out in the classroom and have their own personal office to complete their own assignments or projects. During our independent work times and small group meetings, students are able to spread out all over the classroom and work. They love to have their own personal space to organize and plan out their work sessions. In addition, the lighting in the classrooms is harsh on the students' eyes, and love to have the main lights off and lamps on.
