My students are 4-6th graders with various learning disabilities such as Autism, Speech and Language impairments and ADD/ADHD. They attend a regular public school in California and are part of a Special Day Class. Our district is in a low income area and has a very high population of English Language Learners. My students are energetic, friendly, and love to learn about real world experiences. However, they often face frustrations with learning due to their disabilities.
