We are limited on space and the storage units along with bins will allow our class to best work on life, fine motor, manipulatives, and cognitive skills. A place for everything and everything in its place helps develop consistency and less stress on my students. Our classroom is our home base our safe place. Although our students are in middle school and change classes each period. The the structure of returning to our “home base” before and after each core class is what allows our students to thrive and it is what works best for our program. Our class is filled with beautiful minds that we as teachers enjoy nurturing and educating. These materials will allow a cohesiveness to the classroom by reducing overwhelming anxiety and stress on the students.
