My students love to create and learn about the world around them. Using art helps them express their emotions, dreams, and learning, when sometimes they cannot use their words. Some of them need help to focus in class and sensory items are a huge help. These are the students with the greatest needs, but also the greatest potential to be successful beyond the classroom They see no boundaries to what they can do and I want to give them the tools to excel in the classroom and in the community.

About my class
