These materials will help provide more equipment to the students so all can be active and engage at their level of capability. Rotating between stations, utilizing more manageable weight to begin to rebuild the strength and endurance they lost while sitting in front of the computers through the last year of remote learning. This gives students the ability to regain control of their lives and begin to live a healthier lifestyle through learning proper techniques. In addition setting achievable goals for themselves as individuals and having fun while doing so!
