These materials will help broaden my students' understanding and exploration of the STEM field. As of right now, their main source of building materials is Magna-Tiles. The kiddos can figure out the delicacy of balance with the stones, and I will then instruct them to try to balance with their own bodies. They will feel a sense of accomplishment when they manage to stack at first a few, and then a whole tower of balancing stones. They would be able to build different types of structures with the wooden and branch building blocks and compare the strengths and weaknesses of each. The large rolling bookshelf would be used to hold the blocks along with some related science books. Thank you so much for your consideration!
