My new rug would be used for students to sit in a new and improved area to read. I want to create an inviting and cozy reading nook that will get them eager to dive into a new book. I also would like to purchase new enrichment activities for students who are beyond the fourth grade standards and curriculum. This would give them exciting and challenging projects to complete when they finish their classwork. Also, as a Title I school with a large number of students who do not speak English, I would love to purchase some basic literacy center activities for them to do while learning the English language and alphabet.
