"Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn" -Benjamin Franklin In my middle school Science lab, I'd like to make learning as hands-on as possible. This past year, we were unfortunate in that no physical labs were able to be completed due to the virus safety restrictions. My science team and I have planed to incorporate hands-on labs this year to include mixing chemicals, looking at different rocks to determine what type of mineral they are using the funnel to help transfer chemicals from one beaker to another. With our schools opening at 100% we are excited to offer labs in our classrooms and being able to obtain supplies like beakers, glassware starters, tongs, funnels, glue rubber cement, soil and sand gravel set and many of the essential basic minerals will help make science so fun! Please help me provide these materials so that my students can experience what it truly means to explore science on a different dimension. Science is supposed to be fun and engaging and that's the goal!
