This will help improve my teaching and impact all of my students. In my classroom I teach grades 9 - 12 and all academic abilities in the same class. Often times this can be difficult to lesson plan for students with so many different learning abilities. I am anxious to achieve my national board certification because this will help structure my lessons so that all students are able to learn where they are currently at. This is so important in a blended class. I also have honors students in this class and I need to be able to challenge these students as well.
