These healthy snack boxes and Gatorades will help students understand the importance of proper nutrition in performing at the highest level athletically. Additionally, it will provide snacks for our students who are most in need. We will do a 4 week program where student-athletes will chart their caloric intake for fuel. This will allow students to see track their progress so that they can see the benefits of their good nutrition choices. It will also provide nutrition for multi-sport athletes when they transition from one sport to the next. Going forward, this will allow student athletes to make good nutrition choices in their every day life.
