The use of these digital cameras will allow students to take pictures--from their perspective--of the various events that take place at our school and within the community. Multiple cameras would allow me to divide up the various events amongst students and have them responsible to photographing the events. The cameras could also accompany students on field trips and they could capture those memories. This would give my students a since of pride and possibly even have them desiring to enter into a career of photography or journalism. As stated earlier, I am fortunate to work with some of the most creative and brightest students. I can just see them know capturing memories and trying various effects to enhance their images.
