I am asking for 4 phlebotomy practice arms to help these students become more confident with their skills and comfortable with their tools and materials prior to drawing "real" patients (fellow classmates). We currently have 2 arms that 12 enrolled students share, causing a lot of downtime for a majority of the class. If we are able to obtain 4 more practice arms we can split the class into smaller groups. This would allow for the students to get more 1-1 time and it will lengthen the lifespan of the materials.
