I carefully selected materials to help encourage a love for reading and learning. Early literacy is crucial to my Pre-k students' success in school. I want to provide them with quality educational tools to inspire their love for learning. "It is well supported by adults, vocabulary, language, and an interest in print materials develop rapidly during the preschool years." Materials will be used to promote preschoolers' language growth by high quality books with rich vocabulary and literacy tools. Some of my students come to school with language-abundant house-holds, others do not. My goal is to provide a stimulating classroom, every student will make language gains during the school year.
