STEM activities are both loved and supported at our school. I want to offer this Lakeshore Kit to my students so they are engaged in learning as they work to problem-solve, create, and explore with the materials included. The students will also experience working as a group, taking on different roles, and it will help them communicate as a team. Building the different projects included will help my students explore important concepts hands-on! We will incorporate reading and writing as we complete each of our separate activities: Robo Hand, Quake Safe, and the Freshwater Filter. This is a wonderful opportunity for my students to try different roles; as leaders, creators, and innovators.
