A year-long subscription to Time for Kids will allow my students to be exposed to nonfiction current events that are happening in the world around them. Because this will be a digital subscription, my students will also be able to use Time for Kids at home for distance learning or reading for enjoyment. Using nonfiction articles that students can relate to will allow them to build their comprehension and attend to text features that help them understand the article even better. Time for Kids is a great resource that I look forward to getting to use with my students!
