A scientific calculator is an essential component for teaching and learning science specifically, physical science and chemistry. Math gives my students the ability to quantify and predict outcomes. These calculators will help my students problem-solve and recognize that mathematical concepts underlie the natural world. A solid foundation in math and science hones the skills of my students so that they can pose a hypothesis, design experiments, analyze data, recognize patterns and seek evidence. These scientific calculators will allow my students to compute various scientific mathematical models such as: acceleration, Newton's 2nd law of motion, and pH.
