Students will research on a given country and determine how this country is the same and different from the USA. They will study their culture and way of life to explore how diversity adds the world in which we live. They will also investigate the history of the Olympics. The culminating activity will be an Olympic Field Day where each grade level will represent the country in which assigned. Students will use math skills to determine collective points for each team and analyze the average of each grade level and country. The medals and awards are the product of each event students will take part in.

About my class
