Having tension curtain rods on each of the library shelves will enable the students have access to all titles and materials available. This will ensure books will not get misplaced or hidden behind other books. The students only have 40 minutes each week in library class, as their librarian I want to do everything I can to make certain that time is used wisely and effectively. Reading 20 minutes per day helps increase vocabulary, reading fluency, and reading comprehension. Students being able to see and choose a book that interest them increases their willingness and excitement for reading!
