Our school is 15 minutes from affluent cities, yet our high needs/high poverty school suffers from lack of funding and donations. We are highly transient and represent 7 different ethnicities and 29 languages. We sure do learn a lot about culture and take time to celebrate our differences. Our classroom is filled with enthusiasm and fun! We love playing math fact games online as well as in a whole group. We love writing fairy tale stories. We LOVE doing science experiments with tops, balancing and motion.
