I will use the book holder to organize all the great big books we use for reading instruction. Reading aloud is a huge part of first grade instruction, and high quality, engaging books like the ones I've selected will be so great for my first graders! Guided reading instruction in the small group setting is also a key component of first grade reading instruction. The little leveled books I've selected will help me with that! Those books will capture their attention while keeping them engaged in instruction. Thank you for helping me give the gift of literacy!
