As you may know, children who are on the autism spectrum are visual learners. They enjoy learning through hands-on activities. These materials will provide creative ways for my unique class to learn and be more organized. We will use the alphabet magnets to spell grade-level words, and the sentence stem puzzle to work on learning how to write sentences. The math manipulatives will make it easy for learning math. The hanging file folder and the plastic bins will be used to organize STEM centers for each child. There are so many ways we will be able to use these materials to have fun while learning.
