The fourth-grade students in my classroom are learning in an ever-changing technological age. I want to provide them with as much technological experience as possible. My classroom needs sets of laptop headphones and a shared classroom printer. I assign various lessons and assessments on laptops that require the use of headphones. Many of my students do not have the money to buy headphones and if they do have the money, the headphones are not of high quality and break after a few uses. When students use high quality headphones, they will provide a great listening experience and will not break easily. I am also asking for a classroom printer. I have the students use laptops to type up their writing assignments. It would be great to be able to print these assignments and share them with their teacher/peers for editing/grading purposes. The students would also use the printer for research purposes. I do not like to have the students carry their laptops around to share their writings because, they could get broken. As you have read about my project you saw how a supply of classroom headphones and a classroom printer will be great additions to my students learning.
