These new books will provide more of a variety for my scholars who have many different interests. My classroom library is a space that they enjoy visiting. Some of them enjoy reading the books so much that they check them out to finish at home. I enjoy listening to their exciting tales that they've read about when they return to my class. The best way to increase literacy is to read more. In order to read more, the students need access to more books. These books range in grade level and text complexity and the students will be able to read independently at their own pace.
