My students have been actively learning during the past year through Distant Learning. As we move to a Hybrid model, students would benefit from having additional learning materials at home to reach their reading goals. The students have been building stamina and momentum throughout the year, and we can't slow down now. As we return to school, students need to have personal letter tiles and materials to actively practice making words. Having these additional learning materials at home would be so helpful. Often students need additional time to practice making words and using them in their writing. The writing journal, personal letter tiles, and crayons are perfect to inspire students to keep writing while at home.
