Middle school is an important stage in a student's physical, mental and emotional growth. A huge factor of this is self-esteem and feeling valued. Physical education class can be a time in which students can release stress and have fun. I strive to provide this kind of environment. Scooters are a great way to get some exercise, but in a fun and enjoyable way. Many students at this age don't enjoy exercising because many of them find exercise hard and boring. Therefore, as a teacher, you want to be creative in coming up with lesson plans that will reach as many of your students as possible.

About my class
