Here at my middle school we are working to develop a fun and interactive semester-long digital arts curriculum for our students. In this course, our kids will develop their technological literacy skills to create an array of digital art works: from photo-editing to animation! Students will be able to use their tech-savvy skills that they already have and apply them to new concepts, techniques, and approaches in order to create artwork that is relevant and meaningful for them and their community. With these tablets, our middle school students will be able to develop and apply the necessary tech skills they need to succeed in both high school as well as their future careers.
