The world we live in can sometimes be dark and scary. This does not go unnoticed by children. I would like to make a school-wide Kindness project to bring some light to our students' lives. Through the stories, students will read and learn about ways to be kind to themselves and others. Each student will make a quilt patch with some words of on kindness on it. I will display this quilt in our school for everyone to see, so that students can physically see the beauty that comes from working together. In a time when we must keep our distance and be apart, this project will help our school come together as one whole. The art materials will make it so that I can be sure that each child will have what they need to express themselves.
