Having a 2nd monitor allows my students to have a more effective, interactive and collaborative learning experience. This will allow me to create more dynamic lessons that enable students to not only see but hear themselves and myself during instruction. This monitor will primarily be used in the classroom to enable students to participate in and review their in-class work that includes both physical movements in PE but also to see and edit videos they have created in leadership classes as well as seeing the amazing graphing projects created in Math. My primary outcome of each lesson while using the new monitor is to not only keep students engaged, but to also motivate and help them apply their learning to their own lives. Ultimately, I hope to guide students to make healthy choices in their lives and seek out the cultivation of positive relationships in their community and beyond.
