I am requesting funds for a Dyslexia Intervention Fundamentals professional developmental training. I will use my newly acquired skills to implement best practices for students with dyslexia. I will learn how to deliver daily intervention with the help of a systematic, explicit, and intensive reading program. This donation will help me grow as a teacher and in return, I can help students grow as readers and learners. Dyslexia is a disorder that involves difficulty in learning to read or interpret words, letters, and other symbols. It can be helped and overcame with the right help and instruction. I want to be able to help every child that is in my classroom. Every child needs the opportunity to be successful and enjoy reading with or with having dyslexia.
