I will be able to view my virtual students while operating a restaurant in a hybrid format with my laptop. With my laptop running class programs, a second screen would allow me to view the class on their virtual setting while running a restaurant. Currently, I toggle back and forth with my MacBookAir. It is difficult to maintain a connection with the students switching around tabs. With the students on a mounted larger screen, it will allow me to observe while moving around the cafe setting we provide. It’s a win-win for the students and me!
