My students do not always have the wide variety of personal experiences in their lives that help build critical thinking skills. With STEM activities and supplies they can build their critical thinking abilities and problem solving skills.In today’s society, hands on learning is something children, many cases only experience at school and do not get to experience at home. With a station dedicated only to STEM hands on learning my students will blossom into critical thinkers and problem solvers of the future. When they leave my classroom they will know what it is to learn by doing.
